Reports
Use the Reports page to generate device usage reports for custom time frames. Note that report data:
- Include usage times for devices, apps, and input sources.
- Is shown graphically in the Reports panel
- Can be exported as an
.xlsx
file for further analysis.
Create a report
Use the Reports page to create personalized reports by filtering for all devices, groups, or selected devices.
Click Reports in the left-side menu.

On the main toolbar, click the Devices drop-down to select one of the following:
All devices
Starred devices
Groups
Specific devices
(Optional) Use the Search to filter for specific devices or groups.
Set a Date range if needed.
Click Create to generate the report.
Toggle between a bar or pie graph.
Export a report
Once a report is available, you can export the generated report as an .xlsx
file.
Generate the desired report.
Locate the section that contains the data to export.
Click Export to Excel file.
The file should start downloading immediately.
