Manager Advanced is an add-on (licensed-based) service that unlocks access to a more powerful set of management tools. Apply a Manager Advanced license to a device to enable additional commands that can be sent to that device. Note the following behavior:
- Licenses for Manager Advanced are associated with the entity's account and not individual devices.
- Licenses are applied to devices, and these licenses can be moved between devices.
- Entities select a device to apply a license to, especially if the device need a very specific feature.
- Entities must ensure that they purchase the correct number of licenses that meet their requirements.
